Fred Wilen

Fred is a native Washingtonian. He entered the construction trades in 1975. Fred started Lewis River Construction in 1987 and merged with Steve Schellhase Construction in 1989 to form Time Frame, Inc. Fred's many years in the construction industry has provided him with experience in all phases of construction. Fred enjoys being out in the "field" and is always available to answer questions and jump in to solve any issues that may occur.
