The Time Fame leadership team is composed of dedicated long term employees, and we implement a unique tiered management approach that ensures support, oversight, and accountability for all employees at every level. Time Frame Inc. is co-owned by Brian Olson, Boe Waite, & Erik Waite. Each owner has worked with Time Frame for over thirty years a piece, and all began as framers prior to joining the admin & ownership teams. This extended period of real world experience in the field has resulted in a solid and established ownership team who truly understands every aspect of a project and are deeply involved in the full process of every build.

Brian Olson
President, Chief Operating Officer, & Co-Owner
Brian began working with Time Frame in 1999, advancing from Framer, to Superintendent, to Chief Operating Officer, and finally Co-Owner & Company President. Clients often seek Brian's advice due to his extensive knowledge of wood framing processes and current market conditions. His expertise is frequently leveraged before and during construction to address complex architectural and structural framing challenges, focusing on both constructibility and cost-effectiveness. Brian is actively involved in assisting clients with budget planning, cost comparisons, and project bidding and collaborates directly with clients throughout all phases of the building process.
Boe Waite
Vice President, Exec. Supervisor, & Co-Owner
Boe began working with Time Frame in 1996, advancing from Framer to Superintendent, then Executive Superintendent, and finally Vice President and Co-Owner in 2021. Boe’s strong attention to detail and even keeled, highly dependable personality are a valued part of the Time Frame ownership team. In addition to his administrative duties, you will find Boe out in the field, providing support, clarity, and oversight to our Field Supervisors, while placing a special focus to a strict adherence to Safety training, policy, and standards.
Erik Waite
Vice President, Exec. Supervisor, & Co-Owner
Erik is one of our longest standing employees, beginning his career with Time Frame even earlier than its official incorporation in 1989, when Time Frame merged with Lewis River Construction. As with the rest of the ownership team, he has been invested in the company for decades. Erik brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as a contagious passion for accountability and a knack for creative problem solving under pressure. He is especially skilled at building relationships and inspiring positivity in the workplace. In addition to his administrative duties, you will find Erik out in the field supporting our supervisors and ensuring that field operations run smoothly.
