On July 15, 1989, Lewis River Construction and Steve Schellhase Construction merged to form Time Frame, Inc., a wood framing and siding construction Company specializing in commercial and large residential projects. Time Frame, Inc. is incorporated in the states of Washington and Oregon. While the Company has concentrated on establishing and maintaining their marketability in the Pacific Northwest, its reputation for cost effectiveness, efficient time, usage and quality workmanship has culminated in the solicitation of bids and award of projects as far away as Montana, Hawaii, California and Japan. In October of 2002, the Company began its first job in Hawaii. This led to over 6 years of 12 additional projects and a strong presence in the Islands.

The owners' knowledge of and dedication to their craft has resulted in Prime Contractors seeking their advice prior to and during construction to resolve sometimes complex architectural framing requirements. Their commitment to the company's enduring reputation is reflected in their hands-on approach to managing and in some instances, providing on-site supervision for the projects. They are not above "putting on their bags" and working side by side with their employees to ensure the successful completion of a project.
